KW: The Pail Experience is a Psychological place of pain, disconnect, and loneliness. It’s a place where you just don’t feel like you. You feel as if something is missing.  You don’t feel whole. It can come from childhood trauma. a bad relationship or anything that doesn’t make you feel like you.

KW: I got started on the speaker circuit because although I’m a nurse. I had the desire to want to impact others on a broader level when it comes to purpose and self-improvement.

POS: What in your opinion, is one of the major obstacles to a person truly stepping into their purpose?

KW: I feel one of the major obstacles is fear. It makes us think of the worst outcome for something that hasn’t happened yet. I have this thing I like to say, the fear that stands beside me guides me and the fear that tries to hold me molds me. I try to look at fear as that friend that pushes you to be your best.

POS: What is your approach to coaching your clients through difficult life transitions?

KW: I try to meet my clients where they are. When it comes to each individual we see things differently. it’s nothing wrong with that but I try to get to the root cause of what my client is feeling to be able to help them improve.

POS: Are there any events coming up that you want our readers to know about?

KW: I have an event that’s coming up called  All Things Purpose on April 15th, 2023 in Atlanta, Ga.
