Update: The Black Blog Awards that were postponed due to Hurricane Sandy will now take place during Inauguration weekend. The first annual Black Blog Awards will recognize the best in the field of online publishing and digital media content creation. It will be part of the reception of the 100 Black Photographers Project This event will also remember the life of Sha Speaks, a great blogger who passed this year. It will be held from 1 to 3pm Information as to the exact location is forthcoming.
