Recently, this is what I have had to do. Mostly behind the scenes. Whether its figuring out what’s next, or putting together an outline for an upcoming project, there are occasions where that requires one to pause and refocus.
Refocusing can also mean not allowing yourself to be pulled into whatever everyone else is talking about. It’s not your purpose. Reconsider how much energy you want to give anything that doesn’t improve you.
