Greetings, everyone. Today is the thirteenth anniversary of the foundation of this website. On May 17th, 2009, Polite On Society was founded by yours truly. In the years since founding the site, it has shifted more than a few times. This site has pivoted to being exclusively social and political commentary, branching out into technology, business, and health. The adjustment may have thrown some for a loop, but overall, the core audience stayed. For that, I am grateful. As a writer, I understand that no one owes me their support.
This is not the biggest blog in the blogosphere, but those who come here do trust what is expressed on the platform. It is a conscious decision not to clout chase by talking about what everyone else on the net is talking about. We have different conversations in this space. With your support, we intend to keep it that way.
