Good evening, my readers. I want to let you all know about the next poetry event I’ll be at. Next Friday, January 11th, 2019, I will be a participant in “Overstating the Obvious”- a spoken word event at The Yard in Brooklyn. It is hosted by Deborah Oster Pannell, of Project Mavens.
It will be from 6pm-8pm, and artwork will be there on display. The themes are kindness, home, family, and beauty. With all that is transpiring around us, we need these virtues reinforced. Come through if you can, and tell a friend.
