Those who are interested in honing their craft have an opportunity to learn from those who know. This Saturday, December 3rd, 2016, the Harlem Writers Guild will be hosting a workshop at the 8th Annual Literary Arts Festival at the Langston Hughes Library and Community Center in Queens. The title of the workshop will be “The Beauty of the Workshop Experience”, a discussion of the writing process and how a workshop can guide you though it. “A writer is only as good as the feedback he or she chooses to accept.” Meet the HARLEM WRITERS GUILD. This organized group of literary talent has been diligently meeting, as well as meeting the challenge of developing some of the world’s most notable black authors since 1950.
The festival will run from 10am to 5pm.
