Good evening folks. As you have probably heard by now, Bernie Sanders has won the state of Michigan in an upset. After being down by 20 points in the polls, Sanders pulls off an upset that few pundits saw coming. There was much hesitance to call it, with many media outlets holding out hope for the frontrunner Hillary Clinton.
Apparently, Sanders is not losing any steam, as people take to his populist message across the country. This could symbolize that many are tired of the same old centrist Democrat, and neo-liberal outlook. The politicos have said that this contest would be over by March 15th, but it only looks like its just beginning.
