Good morning folks. Sometimes a post on the web speaks so directly to you, that you have to share it. That happened this morning with a post over at a web space I frequent by the name of Very Smart Brothas. Today, they have a post titled: “On Successfully Navigating Life as a Black Male Introvert” that pretty much describes my life. Yeah, it’s that real.
There are some interesting ways in which Black men have to behave in their interactions, and being introverted adds another dimension to that. The role of having to mold into a non-threatening persona, adds layers to what should be normal, everyday social interaction.
