Looks like 2012 is coming in with some shake ups to the rap game. Rass Kass, one of the illest in the game, has left the HRSMN. For those who may not be privy to the group, it was comprised of Ras Kass, Canibus, Killa Priest, and Kurupt. Some even considered this group to be a predecessor to the group Slaughterhouse. In a video released on Youtube today, the West Coast lyricist known for epic songs like “Nature of the Threat” and “Interview with a Vampire” was uncharacteristically terse. He did not go into detail about the reasons for him leaving, but he said that “things are just too complicated.” At this point, we can only speculate about the causes. Its highly possible, that the many beefs that fellow group member Canibus was involved in played a role in Ras Kass’ decision.
It remains to be seen whether or not the other members of the group will comment. Or will they pull a “The Firm” and replace Ras Kass? Peep the video for yourself below. Well, we now know for sure that Detox is gonna come out before the HRSMN project.
