Greetings, everyone. This week, I heard some bad news about a Black owned newspaper. The Richmond Free Press will be ceasing it’s operations after over 30 years.
The newspaper was a good source of information for non biased news covering Richmond and the nearby counties also.

The Black press, which is a vital part of our history is on the wane. It is disheartening to witness, and directly leads to us all being less aware of what goes on around us.
