Recently, I have had the opportunity to link up with Genius is Common, a network of authors, entrepreneurs, and entertainers. Founded by Bruce George, who is the co-founder of Def Poetry Jam, Genius is Common is about reclaiming the word genius from being solely the designation of the elite and powerful.
