At Saturday’s Republican Debate, it appears we have a gambling man of a presidential candidate. Under fire about his stance on health care, former governor of Massachusetts Mitt Romney challenged the validity of an assertion made by Rick Perry with a minor wager (for him) Romney bet 10 grand that he said nothing in his book about the health care plan in Massachusetts being the model for the entire country. What a high rolling way to call somebody’s bluff.
Ultimately, it shows how out of touch Romney is with working and middle class Americans. Millions of people could utilize that 10,000 dollars for various necessaries. Everyone isn’t in on that 1 percent network.
